Our History

Warranty Consulting Services was founded in 1997 by Barbara Hall, a veteran of the heavy equipment industry with deep roots in Ford New Holland's warranty department. After years of witnessing dealerships struggle with complex warranty processes and leave significant money on the table, Barbara saw an opportunity to help.

Barbara pioneered the concept of the "Remote Warranty Administrator" — a dedicated warranty professional who works as an extension of a dealer's service department without the overhead of a full-time employee. This innovative model allowed dealerships of all sizes to access expert-level warranty administration at a fraction of the cost.

What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a family business with a full team of experienced warranty professionals. Today, WCS serves dealerships across the United States and Canada, processing thousands of warranty claims and recovering millions of dollars for our clients every year. Our growth is a testament to the relationships we've built and the results we deliver.
